We are seeking a skilled Contractor to join our team, responsible for executing various construction projects with precision and expertise. We specialize in Kitchen, Bathroom and Basement Remodeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple areas of construction, including framing, trim carpentry, remodeling, and drywall installation. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively on construction sites while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• Perform framing and trim carpentry tasks, ensuring accurate measurements and cuts for a polished finish.
• Execute construction painting projects, preparing surfaces and applying paint with attention to detail.
• Manage remodeling projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients to meet their vision.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Install hardscape features such as patios and walkways, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Lay tile in various settings, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to design specifications.
• Apply plaster for wall finishes, achieving smooth surfaces ready for painting or decoration.
• Install drywall efficiently while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetics.
• Conduct glass installations with precision, ensuring safety standards are met on all projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multiple areas of construction including framing, trim carpentry, remodeling, drywall installation, and more.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results on every project.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
