Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical aesthetics clinic. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clinic functions efficiently and delivers exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining structured processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules and patient appointments to optimize service delivery.
2. Staff Management and Development
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement clear onboarding and training programs for all new hires.
- Establish and maintain staff disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and promote team cohesion.
3. Inventory and Resource Management
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining clinic supplies and products.
- Develop a reliable system to manage inventory levels, track usage, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies and equipment.
4. Patient Experience and Quality Assurance
- Ensure high-quality patient care by collaborating with medical professionals and overseeing patient services.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
5. Financial Oversight

6. Strategic Planning and Growth

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry.
- Strong background in business development with a track record of successful project management.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of business and financial management principles.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and medical laws to ensure the clinic’s compliance.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
