We are assisting our client, and more specifically, their Private Client Services division, to identify and hire an Estate Planning Assistant to join their organization. This is a hybrid position located in Boca Raton, FL.

- Finalize draft documents to send to clients for review and signature
- Prepare and send copies of documents requested by clients and advisors
- Assist paralegals and attorneys with various projects
- Processes and prepares original signed documents for clients. Bind, convert to PDF, link to the database, prepare dockets, upload documents to Citrix ShareFile, prepare letters to clients and original receipts
- Record a variety of documents through an E-recording website
- Perform clerical-related duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing, and collating
- Various post office, phones, mail processing, and supply replenishment
- 2 years of related experience in Estate Planning
- Extensive experience with Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Florida E-Filing portal
