Seeking a Manufacturing Technician who primarily focuses on the assembly and calibration of our client’s propulsion systems. The position is on-site in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform assembly processes: soldering, and calibration related to BLDC motors and PCB production
- Conduct quality testing, including multimeter resistance checks, rotor spin tests
- Identify product non-conformities, and process inefficiencies and collaborate
- Sign off on work instructions to document manufacturing processes
- Associate’s degree in Manufacturing or Electronics Engineering
- 2 years of experience in hardware assembly
- 1 years of experience with soldering
- Experience following SOPs as part of an ISO-compliant Quality Management System
- Experience working with drone propulsion systems or other robotic actuation systems
- Experience with PCBA electronics assembly or contract manufacturing of electronic products
