We are assisting our client in hiring a Pharma Sales Engineer to join their team. Through M&A between 2013 and 2018, they have created a multifaceted family of companies, all located in the U.S.A. Together, they offer their clients multiple solutions to packaging challenges from a single, overarching brand. Their clients are food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies that need primary packaging machinery, labeling, and marking/coding solutions.

- Technical & Industry Knowledge: Packaging and Tooling Expertise: The salesperson should understand blister tooling, feeding equipment, and other packaging solutions.
- Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry Familiarity: A salesperson with experience or a strong understanding of regulatory environments, industry standards, and project timelines (like FDA approvals).
- Customer-Centric Approach / Problem-Solving Orientation: Consultative salesperson who listens to client’s specific requirements, project timelines, quality expectations, and pricing considerations. A salesperson skilled in troubleshooting and with a proactive approach to issue resolution would foster strong client relationships.
- Relationship and Networking Focused: Salesperson should be adept at building and nurturing long-term relationships. Staying in touch regularly to anticipate future needs and being available for timely responses.
