You will also play a key role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Baking:
- Ensure all products meet quality standards in taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the bakery.

Responsibilities Include:
- Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
- Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- Complete all required training and support the training of other team members
- Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Prepare all products following established recipes and procedures to maintain brand consistency and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- * Able to work efficiently in both FOH and BOH
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating and maintaining a guest first culture in the bakery
- Greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations, and perform other duties as needed
- Follow end of day procedures to ensure a clean bakery environment * * Be efficient, friendly, and attentive to detail
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of counting money and making change.
- Provide personalized and proactive customer service * .
- Able to operate restaurant equipment * Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
- Positive attitude, kind, helpful, team player.
- Able to stand, twist, squat, lift, and bend throughout the workday, lifting up to 50 pounds.
