WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CONSTRUCTION JOB SITE FOREMAN

• Leadership experience as a foreman
• Extensive experience with remodeling and framing, both residential and commercial
• Scheduling experience
• Experience reading plans
• Work order management experience
• Material acquisition and project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Auto-Cad experience

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

Schedule: This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling. You will enjoy steady, year-round work, transitioning to snow and ice management during the winter months to ensure continued employment throughout the year.

In this leadership role, you will manage daily job site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth workflow and exceeding client expectations. As a Construction Job Site Foreman, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising remodeling and framing work for both residential and commercial properties.
• Managing schedules, work orders, and material acquisition to maintain efficiency.
• Reviewing and interpreting project plans.
