We are currently hiring a Deck Installer.
Preferred candidates should have proven successful experience with home improvement installation.
We will do on-site job training. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.
Our ideal candidate must be punctual, well organized and customer service orientated in order to ensure our customer is happy before, during, and after the project is completed.
Candidate must adhere to proper safety techniques, demonstrate self-leadership and accountability and have positive co-worker relationships.
Job Summary: * As a representative of the company the Installer is responsible for the behavior and performance of the crew, and will be evaluated on customer feedback include online reviews.
- Perform site prep which includes any work needed to modify the existing structure.
- Carpentry work can include deck modifications, dormer installation, overhang cutoffs, wood knee wall builds, wall alterations, floor and ridge plates, and finish carpentry work.
- Simple and complex decks * Demolition * Layout and cut all materials to install the job
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work site
- Ability to complete basic carpentry duties such as dormer attachment, fascia removal, standard fascia attachment, etc. Able to build simple decks as well as demolition of old rooms
- Assist other crews when needed What we are looking for: * Valid driver’s license
- Basic remodeling/construction experience; previous deck installation experience a plus but not required * Must also be able to read job instructions and record materials on work order * Comfortable with being on ladders with heights up to 2nd story * Ability to lift up to 50lbs * Able to work independently and or with a crew * Enjoy working outdoors year-round * Responsible for keeping a clean truck and job site

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
