We are committed to creating a supportive environment for clients and clinicians, ensuring high-quality, consistent care regardless of the clinician.

We are seeking compassionate and skilled mental health therapists to join our team :

Two Full-Time Clinicians (30 hours - 28 clinical hours plus 2 admin)

Individual supervision (available to all clinicians, regardless of licensure).

Weekly group supervision to foster growth and connection.

Who We’re Looking For :

Clinicians with an independent license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent preferred).

Training in EMDR and IFS is a strong advantage.
