RBT

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Duties: - Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) - Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients - Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors - Assist in developing individualized treatment goals and objectives - Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans - Provide feedback to BCBAs on client progress and challenges Skills: - Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles - Experience in behavioral therapy techniques - Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation - Understanding of behavioral health practices - Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations - Comfort working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder - Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) - Experience working with children in a patient care setting This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
