Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide product and service recommendations.
- Assist customers with enrollment and provider services.
- Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research billing inquiries and claims to provide accurate solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve concerns.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
