Key Responsibilities
- Represent Be Marketing and our clients inside big box retail locations.
- Approach and engage with customers to educate them on our clients' products and services.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products.
- Learn and memorize detailed information about products and services in the energy, utility, technology, and telecommunication industries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission potential.
- Perform basic math calculations to assist customers with pricing and offers.
- Operate a tablet to process sales and manage customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all sales protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant experience preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable and engaging.
- Strong ability to learn and memorize detailed product information.
- Proficient in basic math calculations.
- Ability to operate a tablet efficiently.
- Ability to travel locally as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, with shifts ending at 8 PM the latest.
- Reliable transportation.
- Hourly pay starting at $12, with uncapped commissions paid weekly.
