Wireless Enrollment Associate (Outside Sales)

Key Responsibilities :
- Engage directly with customers in an outside sales environment , providing information about wireless products and services.
- Assist customers with enrollment and provider services.
- Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints.
- Clearly communicate expectations and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research and resolve billing inquiries and claims.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
