About the Role

We’re seeking a self-motivated and energetic Regional Telecommunication Sales Consultant to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for ambitious individuals looking to launch a career in sales and marketing. As a key player on our team, you’ll serve as the face and voice of our brand, directly engaging with customers to build relationships, address their needs, and help achieve our clients' sales and customer acquisition goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers to educate them about telecommunications products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Actively research target markets to identify and engage with potential clients, bolstering the sales pipeline.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of specific products/services while addressing individual customer inquiries.
  • Overcome objections during the sales process and provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to account inquiries and follow up on customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with teammates and upper management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong time management skills, a driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacity and a passion for growth and knowledge.
  • A positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
