Job Overview:
We are seeking a Cell Phone Dealer Trainee to join our outside sales team. This role involves residential door-to-door sales, where you will work face-to-face with customers in the field to offer cell phone plans and services tailored to their needs. As a trainee, you will receive paid hourly training at $14 per hour for the first 1-2 weeks, followed by a transition to 100% commission-based earnings. This is a full-time sales role with average earnings ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 per week based on closing sales with 4-6 customers weekly.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to work directly with customers to help them find the perfect solutions for their cell phone and data service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Face-to-Face Sales: Engage with residential customers through door-to-door interactions, building rapport and identifying their needs.
  • Product Presentation: Present cell phone plans and services in a clear and compelling way, explaining features and benefits tailored to each customer’s situation.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Work with customers to recommend the best phone plans and options to suit their lifestyle and budget.
  • Sales Conversion: Successfully close sales by overcoming objections, answering questions, and providing detailed product information.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet individual and group sales goals.
  • Field Sales Tracking: Record and report daily sales activities and customer interactions to monitor progress.
  • Learn & Adapt: Take full advantage of the paid training period to master product knowledge, sales strategies, and objection handling techniques.

Requirements:
