INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE (ISA)
THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our dynamic Real Estate team. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for a true telemarketer who thrives on being on the phone and booking appointments. The ideal candidate is passionate about making calls, driving results, and being in-office as opposed to out in the field. RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities listed below apply to the Be One Team and affiliated businesses:
Call Blitz & Lead Engagement:
- Proactively call and engage with Zillow fallback leads, nurture lists, and other lead buckets.
- Handle a high volume of calls to book appointments for our agents.
- Use scripts (provided) to connect with leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain strong follow-up to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales funnel.
Answer Calls:
- Respond promptly to incoming Zillow and Realtor.com leads to ensure high answer rates and assign leads to agents.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while delivering excellent customer service.
Team Collaboration:
- Build relationships with agents and integrate into the team’s culture.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.
Weekend Coverage:
- Answer incoming calls on weekends to maximize lead capture and maintain answer rate metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
Phone Skills:
- Must enjoy being on the phone, have a friendly and confident tone, and be a “killer closer” when booking appointments.
Language Skills:
- English proficiency required. Spanish fluency is a bonus.
Experience:
- License strongly recommended. Sales experience, especially direct sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Follow Up Boss is highly preferred.
Personality:
- Driven, and coachable.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume role.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Availability:
- Full-time, in-office position.
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (core hours in-office).
- Weekend phone coverage required.
COMPENSATION
Independent contractor role with commission-based pay. Significant earning potential with comp plan tied to booked showed appointments and closed deals.

Metrics Tracked:
- Calls made/day.

- Conversion rates (agents to deals).
- Feedback and show ratings.
Performance Expectations:
- Consistently achieve appointment booking targets.
- Deliver high answer rates on inbound calls.
- Contribute to overall lead conversion success for the team.
HIRING PROCESS
Role Play Interview:
- Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to follow scripts and engage leads during role-play scenarios.
Training:
- Comprehensive onboarding with training on various scripts per lead pond.
