RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for collaborating with leadership to follow the 30-60-90 day agent execution play.
- FollowUpBoss Expert
- Oversee the designated team
- Responsible for meeting sales targets; ie,. Presentation conversion, agent connections
- Set goals for team members and monitor performance against established KPIs
- Meet with team members 1:1 to discuss progress against goals
- Provide feedback and coaching focused on conversion and client management
- Effectively manage daily lead distribution and team member lead capacity; reduce and eliminate ability to take leads through accountability for underperforming agents as necessary.
- Provide boots on ground advice, strategies, or other resources to team members during live negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the FollowUpBoss
- Lead and assist in Developing Coaches Corners.
- Drive Call Blitz Attendance.
- Effectively run the showing specialist play to assist in onboarding newer, lower performing and inexperienced agents.
- Present during weekly leadership meetings
- Present during Thursday team meetings
- In the field, showing clients with agents. Ability to convert listing opportunities provided by agents

As we expand into the Dallas market, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to spearhead our new branch while utilizing our tools, support staff, and resources to drive performance and a positive team culture.
The Team Lead will be responsible for establishing and managing our Dallas branch, setting strategic goals, leading a team of real estate professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the Dallas real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales and team management.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for meeting sales targets, including closing conversion and agent connections
- Set goals for team members and monitor performance against established KPIs
- Meet with team members 1:1 to discuss progress towards goals
- Provide feedback and coaching focused on conversion and client management
- Effectively manage daily lead distribution and team member lead capacity; reduce and eliminate ability to take leads through accountability for underperforming agents as necessary.
- Provide boots on ground advice, strategies, or other resources to team members during live negotiations.
- Manage lists and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the FollowUpBoss
- Lead and assist in education workshop serieses
- Drive follow up outreach cadences
- Effectively run the showing specialist play to assist in onboarding agents of all experience levels
- Present during weekly leadership meetings and team meetings
- In the field, demonstrate how to show clients and deliver a buyer’s and listing consultations
