Position Description:
We’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities-
- HR Software Proficiency: Familiarity with HR management systems (e.g., Paycom)
- Data Entry: Accurate input of employee information into HR databases.
- Reporting: Generating and analyzing HR reports using software tools.
- Document Management: Organizing and maintaining digital and physical employee records.
- Communication Tools: Using email, instant messaging, and other communication platforms for internal and external correspondence.
Qualifications
Our ideal HR Intern will meet all of the required qualifications:
- Onboarding Assistance: Helping new hires complete onboarding tasks.
- Benefit Assistance: Responding to general benefit related questions and assisting with enrollment, when needed.
- Employee Relations: Supporting HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Event Coordination: Assisting in organizing HR-related events, such as training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative duties, such as scanning, scheduling, and data entry.
- Training Support: Assisting in the preparation and delivery of training materials and sessions.
- Recruitment Support: As needed, assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
