What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coffee Route Trainee/Float position at BE'S Refreshments?

Due to our tremendous growth, BE'S Refreshments, NE Wisconsin's premier refreshments company, is looking for a quality Coffee Route Trainee/Float to join our team! This exciting position will learn all aspects of the office full-service coffee world! NO CDL REQUIRED.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st shift. Must be able to work 8-10 hour shifts starting between 4:30am-6:30am (shift start times will vary). No weekends, home every day!
Job Duties:
· Work with established Route Managers and Supervisors to learn the office coffee business
· Drive our 16-foot box truck to coffee customer locations on an established route, and across a wide variety of weather conditions
· Delivery of coffee, coffee supplies, and equipment as needed
· Daily merchandising/filling, inventory, and route management using our app-based software on a handheld device
· Diagnose, repair, and clean machines at customer sites
· Receive/collect payment from COD businesses
Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver’s license with an excellent record
· Must be able and comfortable driving our 16-foot box truck (training provided)
· Prior route delivery experience highly preferred
· Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
· Excellent time management and organizational skills required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, load, and unload up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Must be able to push and pull up to 200 repetitively
- Must be able to walk, stand, climb, squat, reach above shoulders, bend and twist at the waist repeatedly throughout the shift
- Must be comfortable with variation of temperatures - in and out hot/cold vehicles and sites
