What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver position at BE'S Refreshments?
Time for an exciting change? Due to our tremendous growth, BE’S Refreshments is seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin! As a Shuttle Driver, you will drive our company vans and box trucks to deliver bulk food orders to our other company locations, including our Fond du Lac location. Valid and clean driver’s license is required, and must be comfortable driving in snow/all Wisconsin weather conditions.
Hours: Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 10:30am to 7:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Drive our company van and box truck to deliver food to/from our Fond du Lac, East, and West side locations
- Safely and comfortably drive through all weather conditions including snow
- Load and unload food and beverage crates from the company van and coolers
- Neatly place products and orders in designated areas including coolers
- Always abide by traffic laws
- Always drive company vehicles with the utmost respect and courtesy to others
- Properly dispose of garbage/trash receptacles to dumpster area
- Assist with putting stock away as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3( ) years’ experience driving with a valid and clean driver’s license
- Must be able to efficiently work independently as well as with the team
- Must be reliable and accountable with excellent attendance records
- Great time management and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, sit (while driving), squat, and reach above head the entirety of an 8-hour shift
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

- Are you available and willing to work the ongoing schedule of Sunday through Thursday, starting at 10:30am and ending at 7:00pm?
