Be.Steak.A will be a chef driven restaurant looking for service-oriented individuals dedicated to the excellence of hospitality to join our team and work along side a Michelin-recognized chef.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Driven to be detailed with regards to service standards
• Previous fine dining experience
• An understanding of wine, beer, and spirits as well as proper wine service and etiquette-FOH positions
• A passion and working knowledge regarding food, techniques, ingredients, seasonality, and various cuisines
• Fostering a positive working environment
• A care for hospitality and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced high volume environment.
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and efficient.
• Effective in communication
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• Food Safety Certification required
