Be.Steak.A: Restaurant Manager-Be.Steak.A is an upscale restaurant geared towards fine dining with a relaxing environment. Chef Jeffrey Stout provides ingredient-driven dishes in a comfortable atmosphere with lots of positive energy.

Be.Steak.A will be a chef driven restaurant looking for service-oriented individuals dedicated to the excellence of hospitality to join our management team and work along side a Michelin-recognized chef.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Driven to be detailed with regards to service standards
• Provide and uphold standards of service by developing, maintaining and establishing wine service to the guests and support the captains during nightly dinner service
• Assist management in the overall operational, administrative and financial management of the wine department
• Successful completion of the Certified Examination from the Court of Master Sommeliers is helpful
• An understanding of wine, beer, and spirits as well as proper wine service and etiquette
• A passion and working knowledge regarding food, techniques, ingredients, seasonality, and various cuisines
• Fostering a positive working environment
• The ability to provide proper training, coaching, and development of both FOH and BOH staff members
• A care for hospitality and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced high volume environment.
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and efficient.
• Hands-on with regards to maintaining service and ensuring all stations are performing from the Hosts, Runners, Servers, etc.
• Effective in communication
• Maintaining a firm grasp on the P&L, budget, and labor control
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• 3 years in restaurant management
• Food Safety Certification required
