Insurance Agency Customer Service/Office Assistant
Be Well Insurance Solutions is a business-to-business and business-to-consumer insurance agency located in Santa Clara, CA. We provide Individual and Business proposals the marketplace to help clients make informed decisions. Be Well Insurance Solutions also offers Employee Health and Wellness programs & services, Business Liability, Commercial Liability and various other Personal lines insurance products.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Office Assistant/Insurance CSR role located in Santa Clara, CA. This position will be responsible for assisting the owner with day-to-day business activities, such as, but not limited to: Preparing RFQ's and proposals, following up with carriers, preparing spreadsheets, following up with clients, and various other client needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of personnel and clients
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to take training exams as required and put the time in to learn.
- CA Life and Health, Property and Casualty License preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to obtain your license is preferred.
- We are willing to train if you have the Drive to Learn and Succeed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $36,001.00 per year Incentive program
License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
- Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
