BEA Architects, an award-winning, internationally recognized firm that provides architectural, engineering, planning, and interior design services, is seeking an in-house highly skilled BIM / Revit Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and workflows across our projects. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of technology with design, supporting project teams, and advancing our firm’s digital practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage office-wide BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
- Support project teams with BIM execution plans and modeling strategies throughout all design phases.
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to staff on Revit and BIM tools.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure model accuracy and integration.
- Evaluate and implement emerging BIM tools and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and manage firm-wide BIM content libraries.
- Collaborate with design leadership and IT to align BIM strategies with overall firm goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5 years of professional experience with a focus on BIM/Revit management within an architecture firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with other design and visualization software (e.g., Rhino, Enscape, Dynamo, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as CSI, LOD specifications, and clash detection protocols.
