Marketing Communications Coordinator

We seek a talented Marketing/Communications Coordinator to join our marketing team and help elevate our brand and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm’s services and projects.

· Coordinate the preparation of proposals, qualifications, and presentation materials for client meetings and project bids.

· Develop and maintain media and client contacts

· Maintain and update marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and project portfolios.

· Manage the firm’s social media accounts and digital marketing efforts to increase online visibility and engagement.

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach strategies and support client relationship management.

· Organize and coordinate events, such as trade shows, seminars, and networking events, to promote the firm and engage with potential clients.

· Assist in maintaining the firm’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

· Support and assist with the delivery and execution of simultaneous marketing campaigns, events and miscellaneous marketing tasks in a timely and organized manner

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

· 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.

· Strong writing, oral, and editing skills, with an eye for detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred), graphic design, and social media platforms.

· Ability to collaborate with several teams at once and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously

· Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

· Bilingual preferred (English, Spanish)
