OXNARD, CA – A wonderful family located in Oxnard is seeking a true professional to join their family long-term as a PERSONAL ASSISTANT/HOUSEKEEPER. The job is FULL-TIME and LONG-TERM, with a schedule of MONDAY-FRIDAY from 9m-5pm. They have s mall dog in the home so you must be pet friendly, and they also have two children ages 4 and 6 years old. The salary being offered is between $65,000-$75,000 DOE, plus full-benefits, 2-weeks paid/sick time, and retirement plan. The jobs starts ASAP for the right candidate, however, they really want this to be a long-term match so they can be patient in order to find their unicorn PA/Housekeeper.

This is an amazing opportunity for the seasoned PA/Housekeeper. Their ideal candidate is someone who has years of experience working with families in the home and providing help such as being a personal assistant, or housekeeper, or nanny, or executive assistant, or house manager. The family really does want someone to stay with them long-term so this role is designed to support their family, but also for them to have indepence in the job, lots of trust, and lots of responsibility in managing their family home. The person should be mature, professional and have a good work ethic, punctual, honest, discrete, highly experienced with housekeeping and getting things done, a good proactive attitude, organized, and focused on supporting the family so both busy parents can focus on their kids and their work.

The main responsibility of this person is to help do any errands the clients need done on a daily basis and maintaining the home. Both parents are busy with their business and work in and out of the home, so the extra help they have is going to allow them to focus more on their family and focus more on their work. Job duties include all things housekeeping in the home including family laundry and dry cleaning, deep cleaning of bathrooms and floors, kitchen clean-up, light meal prep when needed, dusting and mopping, etc... PA duties include getting mail and other items like dry cleaning, overseeing house vendors, picking up ordering meals, occasional childcare when parents are busy, grocery shopping, and more.
