Job Summary
We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive sales people to represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve customer client based goals, thriving on a commission driven environment. NOT HIRING FOR SEASONAL
Responsibilities:
-Meeting sales goals measured daily and weekly
-Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
-Maintains a clean and organized salon
-Cash handling
-Opening/closing business
-Daily administrative paperwork
Qualifications:
-High school diploma, or equivalent.
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
-Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
-Flexible availability
-Nights and weekends a must
