Beach Cities Toyota Westminster seeks a Service Advisor to assist our Service Department in our dealership. In this role, you will become an integral part of the Beach Cities Toyota Westminster experienced automotive service team. This position will involve working closely with customers to provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, writing repair orders, entering customer and vehicle data into our electronic database, and providing follow-up services. Must have Toyota A.S.M. experience for a minimum of 2 years. May except other applicants with less.

Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and confirm service appointment needs
• Explain services and all options to customers accurately
• Prepare work orders, confirm services needed, costs associated, and gaining customer authorization
• Notify customers of service status, repairs needed, and associated costs
• Advise customers of repair and maintenance procedures
• Assess customer concerns to provide customer satisfaction
• Monitor shop efficiency
• Complete all necessary paperwork and electronically enter customer and vehicle data
Requirements
• 2 years of Toyota A.S.M. service experience.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of computers and point of sale systems
• Ability to cope with frequent and changing demands in an organized fashion
• High school degree or equivalent
