Job Summary: The Onsite Property Manager is responsible for managing the property’s day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, move-in approvals, lease renewals, and resident relations. This role also involves leading the team to ensure smooth property management and enhance tenant satisfaction, driving overall property success.
Reports To: Regional Property Supervisor
Position Type: Full-time
Locations: 250 E Acacia St., Brea, CA 92821 and nearby properties
Unit Type: 2 bedroom (Monthly rent: $995.00 )
Pay Rate: $16.50-19.00 hourly
Requirements
Skills required to complete this job include but are not limited to the following:
- Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in Property Management.
- Spanish or Bilingual speaker is preferred
- Strong Customer Service Experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong leasing experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, outlook, Microsoft Teams
