We are a fast-growing Vacation Rental Management company and now adding new members to our Property Care Team! We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Maintenance Tech based out of our Pensacola Beach office. Roles and Responsibility
- Respond to Owners & Guests regarding maintenance issues
- Minor Appliance troubleshooting & repair
- Smart Locks & thermostats installation, troubleshooting & repair
- Cable TV / Wi-Fi & Internet troubleshooting & repair
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting & repair
- Basic plumbing troubleshooting & repair
- Basic electrical troubleshooting & repair
- Minor carpentry and mechanical repairs.
Requirements | Ideal candidate will have the following skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Maintenance Technician
- Experience in Vacation Rental industry maintenance a MUST!
- Outgoing, hospitality-focused, friendly, self- starting personality
- Team player, have an energetic personality, professional appearance
- STRONG Smart Home Technology skills: Locks & Thermostats a plus
- Stable work history
- Must be available by phone 24/7 to assist with maintenance emergencies on rotation
- Must be available to work one day on the weekends
- Must complete Pre-Employment job survey | 5-10 minutes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
