Reservation Agent (Orange Beach)
We are a fast growing Vacation Rental Management company and adding new members to our Guest Services Team! We are currently looking for a full time Reservation Agent for our Orange Beach office. The Reservation Agent’s primary responsibility is to answer the phones and assisting guests with reservations. The ideal candidate would be courteous, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Requirements | Ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Outgoing, hospitality-focused, friendly, self- starting personality to assist guests
• Team player, have an energetic personality, professional appearance, enjoy people
• Excellent written and verbal skills along with strong computer skills, research ability
• One year customer service experience
• Stable work history.
• Must take Pre-Employment survey (5-7 minutes)
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
Roles and Responsibility:
• Greet and Welcome guests to our office
• Answer telephone calls and emails in a clear and professional manner
• Assist guests with all guests’ services
• Assist customers with questions regarding their existing reservations
• Must be flexible in response to the needs of Guests and Owners to quickly provide
information that includes: Driving directions, Arrival instructions, door lock codes
and purchase of parking passes, etc.
• Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
• Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers
• Display effective computer literacy and be familiar with MS Office software
(Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must know how to research answers in company property management software to
answer questions asked.
• Possess a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
• Professional customer service nature
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
