pavilion Resort Management is hiring a night auditor at $18.50 per hour. To be part of our team, you should enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Experience preferred but not required will train the right candidate. Applicants must be flexible to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Duties consist of, but are not limited to :
- Compile daily stat reports -follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions
- Identify the cause of out-of-balance reports and revenue expenses and correct them promptly.
- Produce other internal reports requested by management
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering incoming calls assisting callers with reservations needs and in-house guest needs
- Posting room deposits
- Working with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and up to standards before guest check-in and during guest stay
- Responsible for cash drawer and daily deposit of cash drawer
- Other duties as assigned by management
