PATTERN Beauty is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing. Amazon is a high-growth channel at PATTERN is gaining significant momentum. We are seeking an experienced manager to drive its continued expansion and elevate it to new heights.
This critical role will oversee the daily operations of our 3P Amazon business, including account management, inventory monitoring, backend optimizations, brand content & advertising.
The Amazon Account Manager will collaborate closely with the DTC and marketing teams, while receiving coaching and professional development in a dynamic, results-driven, and highly collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist the VP of Digital with day-to-day operations of the Amazon account.
Implement regular content refreshes, ensuring brand consistency across the portfolio.
Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions, and trends
Work with the creative team to develop content for the PATTERN brand storefront, product pages and ads.
Ongoing analysis of FBA fees to identify cost-saving opportunities
Audit and optimize the use of brand marketing tools such as Subscribe & Save, Buy with Prime, A Content and additional in-platform marketing opportunities.
Act as the primary liaison with PATTERN's paid media agency to deliver on sales targets & ensure business objectives are met by the agency.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, buy box wins, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS :
Salary Range : $90,000 to $95,000 annually
