What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Beach Island Marina Investment Partners?
Housekeepers work alone or in small teams to clean, sanitize, and tidy cabins, houseboats, and marina facilities. They are responsible for maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Housekeepers are responsible for the following:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the cabins, houseboats, and property facilities, including loose and bagged trash
Maintaining the cleanliness of employee and guest facing work areas
Preparing cabins and houseboats for rental, including bedding and towels
Observing safety and facility needs, such as fire extinguishers and water leaks
Communicate observations and concerns regarding the state of the property and equipment to management.
Other tasks as necessary
