Summary
We are looking to hire a Janitorial Team Member for 2 (TWO) locations in Conway SC which are less than 5 minutes apart from each other.... These two locations are cleaned as follows...
1st Stop-- Monday to Friday after 530PM but no later than 10PM (5 Nights Per Week)
2nd Stop--Monday/Wednesday/Friday after 530PM but no later than 10PM and on Saturday after 2PM but no later than 10PM. (4 Nights Per Week)
Each service takes about 45 minutes to clean and its all standard cleaning tasks nothing to involved..
Pays $200.00 on the 15 and last day of the month for a total of $400.00 per month.. This will be a 1099 contractor status and WE SUPPLY ALL SUPPLIES AND ITEMS!!

Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance is a plus.
