We are looking to hire a team member for 3 (Three) locations in the Mount Pleasant area and these locations are done as follows below and all three are included in this route...
We pay $250.00 twice per month on the 15th and last day of the month... Monthly total is $500.00.... This is a 1099 Contractor Status HOWEVER WE SUPPLY ALL NEEDED CLEANING ITEMS AND SUPPLIES
Locations are as follows
- Hwy 17 ----Monday to Saturday
- Ironclad ---Monday to Friday
- Long Point ---Monday to Friday
We do all cleaning in the evenings after 530 PM and each location takes about 45 minutes to clean doing standard cleaning tasks.

- 3 BUILDINGS TOTAL WE CLEAN EACH NIGHT IT IS A ROUTE SYSTEM
- EVENING WORK STARTING AFTER 530PM
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Handle all cleaning tasks as required to keep spaces functional.
- Assist with custodial duties in commercial settings.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
