Summary

We are hiring for a Team Member to clean a large office building Monday-Friday in the evenings after 530PM taking about 2 Hours per night to clean handling General Janitorial Tasks.

Pays $300.00 twice per month on the 15th and 31st of each month via ACH and this is a 1099 Contractor Status... We however use the client supplied products and supplies.

Located on Meeting Street in Charleston.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
• Respond promptly to client requests for cleaning services or special projects.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
