    Compensation : 45,000 - $60,000

    Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :

  • Schedule and coordinate property showings.
  • Manage and update listings on the MLS.
  • Maintain a client database and ensure smooth communication.
  • Answer and direct calls professionally.
  • Draft polished emails and correspondence.
  • Oversee and assist junior team members when needed.
  • Ensure accuracy in all documents and communications.
  • Qualifications :

  • Organizational Excellence – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Professional phone etiquette, clear written communication, and the ability to interact effectively with clients, agents, and team members.
  • Attention to Detail – Accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and correspondence is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in :
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • CRM software (Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms)
  • MLS platforms (Navica, FlexMLS, etc.)
  • Real Estate Knowledge – Familiarity with real estate terminology, transaction processes, and MLS navigation is a plus.
  • Time Management Skills – Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Team Player with Leadership Potential – Comfortable assisting junior team members and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Professionalism & Presentation – Polished appearance and demeanor to represent the company well in client interactions.
