Beach Property Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Certified Pool Operator (CPO) to service a condominium complex pool in Mary Esther, FL. This part-time weekend role requires a detail-oriented professional to maintain pool cleanliness, safety, and chemical balance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and filter cleaning
- Test and adjust chemical levels to ensure compliance with Florida health and safety standards
- Inspect and report on pool equipment and water clarity
- Maintain accurate logs of services performed and chemical readings
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous pool maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
