What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Seasonal Concierge (March-October) position at Beach Property Services?
Beach Property Services is hiring a weekend seasonal concierges for a high rise condominium complex on Okaloosa Island. This position will last from mid-March until early October.
Shift: 10am-6pm on Saturday & Sunday
Duties:
- Issue parking passes
- Issue pool bands
- Periodically walk the pool area to ensure pool rules are being followed and pool furniture is arranged properly
- Help enforce property rules and regulations
- Answer guest questions about the property and the local area
- Greet guests
Professional and polite communication skills are a must, along with knowledge of the local area.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
