Beach Street Inn & Suites is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Room Attendants to join our team. As part of our Housekeeping Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and common areas. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized for efficient housekeeping operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
