We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced RegionalCoordinator to lead the U.S. Government (USG) ) inter-agency team in West Africa. This role involves strategic leadership, program implementation, inter-agency collaboration, and representation to achieve objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management and Implementation (40%)
- Lead the development and submission of two-year Regional Operational Plans (ROPs) for West Africa, ensuring alignment with PEPFAR and international policies.
- Facilitate inter-agency collaboration and align goals with USG, national governments, and global policies.
- Coordinate strategic decision-making to ensure program sustainability in areas such as country and institutional ownership.
- Oversee changes to organizational structures to enhance program effectiveness.
2. Strategic Information and Monitoring (25%)
- Coordinate development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in collaboration with Strategic Information leads.
- Manage data collection, target setting, and program evaluation to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)
- Collaborate with non-USG stakeholders, including UNAIDS, WHO, the Global Fund, and regional organizations, to ensure complementarity of efforts.
- Foster partnerships with civil society, private-sector partners, and faith-based organizations.
- Support discussions on transitioning funding sources to sustainable HIV responses.
4. Program Representation (15%)
- Represent PEPFAR in high-level meetings, conferences, and discussions with government officials, donors, and stakeholders.
- Advise mission leadership on program achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate field and headquarters priorities to relevant audiences, promoting alignment across stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
Education:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Public Policy, Public Health, Medicine, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively senior-level experience managing HIV/AIDS, health, or development programs, preferably in a developing country.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIV/AIDS technical issues and principles of monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience managing health programs and working in non-native cultural settings.
Skills and Abilities:

- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

- Capacity to manage competing priorities and large-scale data processes.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
