Manager of Guest Services—Galveston, TX
Location: Galveston Office – 5 days/week (some flexibility!), weekends during peak fun-in-the-sun season, and remote options when you need that work-life balance.
Reports to: Director of Guest Services
Salary and Perks: Annual Salary of $55,000 - $60,000 (based on experience), plus annual bonuses and raises to celebrate your success! We also offer BeachBox bucks to use to rent our homes.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Manager of Guest Services, you'll be the champion of all things guest-related, ensuring everyone has a smooth, blissful, "wish-I-lived-here-forever" kind of vacation. You'll lead our stellar Guest Services Team, inspiring them to go above and beyond in making our guests feel like VIPs!
Beach Box Vacation Rentals is a premier vacation rental management company dedicated to providing exceptional vacation experiences for our guests. We currently manage over 200 homes and pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail. Our team is passionate about delivering top-notch service and creating memorable stays for our guests.

- Communication Superstar: You'll be the maestro of guest communication, orchestrating seamless interactions across all channels (phone, email, text – you name it!).
- Issue-Solving Superhero: When hiccups happen (because, well, life!), you'll swoop in to resolve issues with speed and grace, turning any "uh-oh" into an "ahhh-mazing!"
- Team Captain: You'll lead, mentor, and cheer on our Guest Services Team, helping them level up their skills and shine like the Galveston sun.
- Experience Innovator: You'll constantly look for ways to make our guest experience even better, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the table.
- Collaboration Crew: You'll team up with our Housekeeping Heroes, Maintenance Masters, and Reservation Rockstars to ensure everything runs smoother than a Gulf Coast sunset.
- Reporting Rockstar: You'll keep your finger on the pulse of guest feedback, creating reports that help us fine-tune our services and keep getting better.
- Compliance Champion: You'll make sure everything we do follows the rules, keeping our guests (and the company) safe and sound.
What You Bring to the Beach:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or something equally awesome is a plus!
- Experience: 3 years of guest services or customer service management experience (vacation rentals or hospitality? Even better!).
