Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven B2C Marketing Manager to lead our consumer marketing efforts. This role is instrumental in driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion to paid subscriptions. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence, build a vibrant community, and position Beaches App as the go-to platform for beach lovers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Leadership
- Lead end-to-end management of all social media platforms to generate new users and increase paid subscriptions.
- Develop and implement content strategies, oversee PPC campaigns, and utilize analytics to optimize performance.
Organic Content Strategy
Create and curate engaging organic content that resonates with our target audience.Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality multimedia content that drives user engagement.Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and long-term plans aligned with company objectives.Identify market trends and opportunities to position Beaches App competitively.Community Building & Referral Programs
Foster a strong community of users through engagement initiatives and interactive campaigns.Design and implement referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth growth.Brand Image Enhancement
Execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost our brand image across target markets, starting with the US.Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels.Partnerships & Collaborations
Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, small businesses, and other partners.Coordinate collaborative campaigns that expand our reach and enhance credibility.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product and technology teams to communicate customer needs and feedback.Identify opportunities for product-led growth and contribute to feature development.Autonomous Project Management
Operate with minimal supervision, effectively managing limited resources to achieve significant results.Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in driving projects forward.Market Potential Exploitation

Recruit, train, and manage a team of interns in our target markets.Delegate tasks effectively and mentor interns to support marketing initiatives.Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of PROVEN experience in B2C marketing, preferably within the tech or travel industry.Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and PPC campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Highly self-motivated with EVIDENCE for the ability to work independently.Passion for travel, beaches, and creating exceptional user experiences.What We Offer
