$22.00n to $25.00 Base Pay PLUS MONTHLY STORE BONUS.
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the Area Manager in their overall efforts and goals.
· Maintain acceptable levels.
· Onboard and train Associate and Assistant Managers.
· Analyze and provide monthly sales outcomes & growth opportunity strategies to Area Manager.
· Conduct monthly evaluations with all store employees to review numbers, monitor performance quality, professionalism, and career progression.
· Responsible for ensuring all shifts are covered. Must be willing to personally cover any uncovered shifts, whether it is weekends, holidays, or days off.
· Produce a strong, knowledgeable, and reliable management team (AM and Asst Man).
· Resolve or escalate customer service issues in a timely manner.
· Create a meeting agenda for monthly store meeting to set clear expectations and encourage input.
· Ensure inventory and ordering needs are addressed.
· Responsible for reviewing and submitting payroll on time and send discrepancies to Area Manager for approval.
· Maintain a clean facility, report, and follow through on maintenance issues.
· Complete MIT (manager in training) within 3 months.

· Professional appearance and behavior (single nose piercing allowed, no extreme hair colors or styles).

· Ability to work with and resolve complex customer issues
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills - conflict resolution
· Capacity to work under pressure and delegate tasks
DRESS CODE:
- Facial piercings: one single nose ring or stud on one side of the nose is allowed (no other facial piercings)
- Hair: no unnatural fashion colors for hair (bright red, pink, purple, etc.)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
