Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants in exceeding sales quotas by engaging prospects, conducting follow-ups, and providing information about Beachland Homes and AR Homes® products.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by offering personalized service, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the home-buying process.
- Model Home Demonstration: Welcome and tour potential buyers through model homes, highlighting features, quality, and the benefits of Beachland Homes.
- Client Registration & Follow-Up: Accurately register prospects, track interactions, and assist with follow-ups to nurture relationships and move buyers through the sales funnel.
- Competitive Research: Stay informed about competing builders, market trends, and pricing strategies to provide customers with informed comparisons.
- Sales Process Mastery: Develop expert knowledge in AR Homes® products, pricing, contracts, and agreements, assisting with home purchase and building agreements as needed.
- Marketing & Outreach: Help distribute promotional materials, maintain model home supplies, and support marketing efforts, including outreach to real estate brokers and potential buyers.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new opportunities for sales through networking, MLS research, and direct engagement with lot owners.
- Reporting & Organization: Maintain daily traffic records, track lost sales, and assist with administrative tasks to support the sales process.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: Prior experience in new home sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to engage with potential buyers, ask insightful questions, and guide them toward a purchase decision.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Organizational Ability: Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital tools for sales tracking and client follow-up.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with custom homebuilding, new construction, or real estate transactions is a plus.
