What is a CER?
The CER's role is to ensure the client has an amazing experience when contacting Beachler's. The CER sets the company's tone and assumes the “face of the business”. They serve as the initial reflection of our mission and customer satisfaction objectives.
Qualifications
- Automotive knowledge is a benefit. However, client experience skills are supreme
- Outstanding customer service knowledge and anticipation of needs
- Excellent communication and client service skills are must
- Ability to multitask and task switch in a fast and efficient way
- Keyboarding skills: 45 WPM
Goals
- Produce 8% - 10% of monthly sales
- Complete training with Elite Worldwide
- Grow to become an integral part of the Beachler's client experience crew
- Build strong customer relations to better the growth of the business
Responsibilities
- Schedule Mobil 1 Lube Express, tire repairs, tire replacements and service appointments for the following day
- Create factory maintenance reviews for clients in the Mobil 1 Lube Express center.
- Review CARFAX vehicle history and document within R.O. Writer client vehicle database
- Confirm client appointment confirmations via text
- Perform client service notifications via text in Service Connect - (Tuesday)
- Execute the above procedures for SERVICE clients vehicles (per CSA request) - daily
- Continue to grow in knowledge of the tire sales business
- Maintain client waiting area - refresh coffee, fill mints, keep business cards in stock, and make sure referral cards are filled
- Focus consistently on strategies to grow Beachler's Tire Automotive Center
Performance Levels
- Assist Client Service Advocate (CSA) team to maximize gross profit dollars per hour
- Assist CSA team by handling at least 70% of inbound client calls
- Schedule appointments efficiently & maximize flow of client vehicles
- Utilize training programs to continue learning and developing in your role and company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
