What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury Vacation Condo Cleaner position at Beachouse Properties?
We are looking for a hardworking, professional meticulous cleaner. Someone who is reliable, on-time, and trustworthy to clean one high-end condo, every Saturday. We pay $25 -$30 per hour, support our wonderful cleaning staff, and all supplies are provided. You will be assigned to the same condo each week, so no surprises. Most of our cleaners end up staying with us for years because we believe in creating a supportive and fun environment. If you would like to work for us, you will be considered an independent contractor and you must be available every Saturday from at least 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Sometimes you may need to arrive earlier should the Guest check-out early.)

A perfect match for this position would have at least some professional cleaning experience in a hotel or a vacation rental property. This job best suits an able bodied, fast paced or energetic individual, who can clean quickly, efficiently, and multi task cleaning duties, while learning our luxurious standards of cleanliness.
* You must have a Florida drivers license, be able to pass a back-round check, and have a local address.
Applicants who live close to the beach will be given priority consideration. (Unfortunately, If you live in St. Pete, Tampa or Palm Harbor, or more than approximately 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, traffic will make this job too difficult for you, as incoming beach traffic is often very heavy, delayed, and unpredictable.)
Since we own and manage several luxury rentals, we take pride in providing our guests with a level of service that is sincerely not found in competing properties.
