What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Manager position at Beachside Management?
This position oversees all of housekeeping department, including scheduling, inventory, labor control, and ordering. In addition, daily inspections, daily work assignments of all our staff in housekeeping. Inspecting rooms, trouble shooting wifi/ tv issues and resolving in house guest issues.

Qualifications
- Leadership skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with other departments to coordinate cleaning needs.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, assigning cleaning tasks and ensuring proper execution.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect rooms and common areas to verify cleaning standards are met, addressing any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning
- Must have reliable transportation to go property to property on Siesta Key (Gas stipend provided)
- In rotation for the after hours emergency calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year
