- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including checking and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to guest repair requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure the security of guest room access and hotel property.
- Monitor and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems.
- Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical parts breakdowns.
- Carry out specific oral and written instructions.
Prerequisites:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- A good understanding of English, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized.
